I’m Marie-Claire and I’m so glad you found me.

A little bit about me…

I’m an independent celebrant, based in Cornwall but I will travel anywhere for love.

My story started when two great friends asked me to be their celebrant. It was such an incredible experience and honour, to stand up there with them on one of the most important days of their lives. It sparked in me a real fascination with the wedding industry and what’s available to couples on a day that means so much. It came to my attention that so many couples looking for a modern take on a traditional ceremony have struggled to find something that feels like them.

And so, Willow & Wild Weddings was born.

No two love stories are the same, so each ceremony is crafted with love and consideration. I’m here to help you bring your vision to life and to help you celebrate each other in exactly the way you want.

A wedding celebrant works with couples to create and deliver personalised wedding ceremonies. Celebrants can offer flexibility beyond the normal cultural and religious norms. Your ceremony will be written to reflect your values and beliefs and will be centred around your unique love story.

What is a wedding celebrant?

We can incorporate anything you like, including personalised vows, rituals, guest interaction, readings, music, moments of reflection & storytelling. It’s your day; you make the rules.
